Phase I – Sitapaila

Project Introduction

Padma colony Phase I is located in the Peaceful environment of Nagarjun Municipality far from the crowded city and free from the noise and pollution. It is followed by two routes, 2 km from Ringroad Sitapaila chowk and 1.8 km from Ringroad Swoyambhu Karkhana Chowk. By far this is one of the biggest project we have had with the total land area of 350 Ropanies of which 60% of total land were sold separately to an individuals and 40% of land with building. Thus. It makes total of 170 units including both private and Padma colony properties and ultimately forms Padma Colony Phase I. The Namaste designed houses and wooden carved doors give us the glimpse of traditional touch and feeling. Besides that, It has departmental stores, groceries, pharmacy, petrol pump just next to the colony gate which make everyone’s life much easier and convenient
